أصدرت لجنة المساهمات العقارية (تصفية) قرارًا ببيع مساهمة بوابة الذهب الواقعة غرب القطيف، بتاريخ 1441/6/11هـ.
وتضمن القرار رقم (376) وتاريخ 1441/6/11، بيع أراضي مساهمة بوابة الذهب بالمنطقة الشرقية المقامة على الصك رقم (3/142/48) بتاريخ 1416/8/22 الصادر من كتابة العدل بمحافظة القطيف والصكين الصادرين برقم (1/377/17)، وتاريخ 1423/10/12هـ، وبرقم (1/377/18)، وتاريخ 1423/10/12هـ، من كتابة العدل بمدينة الدمام.
هذا وتبلغ مساحة الأرض 6 ملايين متر مربع، وتقع على طريق أبو حدرية مباشرة مقابل حي الخزامي المجاور الأول والثاني من الجهة الغربية.
